The Nomination Period is officially open!
We are seeking dedicated and passionate members to join our Executive Board. Open positions include Vice President, Parliamentarian, and Treasurer. You can nominate yourself or another NOMA member that you feel would be an asset to this role.

The elections will conclude at the November 10th chapter meeting.

Executive Board Openings
Vice President
As Vice President, you will support the President and help oversee the board’s activities. Responsibilities include organizing chapter meetings, guest speakers, and meeting logistics. You’ll also work closely with the Marketing and Secretary teams to create meeting invitations. In addition, you’ll assist the President by supporting chapter programs, gathering committee information, and maintaining volunteer resources.
Parliamentarian
The Parliamentarian ensures meetings are conducted according to parliamentary procedure. Responsibilities include ensuring our chapter’s operations are aligned with our Bylaws. You’ll oversee board meetings, ensuring they follow proper procedures, including managing quorums, motions, and votes. You’ll also manage and archive meeting documentation and chair the Nominations Committee.
Treasurer
The Treasurer manages the organization’s finances, including budgeting and reporting. Responsible for managing the chapter’s finances. This includes presenting financial reports at monthly board and monthly chapter meetings, overseeing independent audits, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. The treasurer also provides information to a third-party accountant, where the accountant completes annual bookkeeping and tax filing.
