About the Scholarship
The Amineh Warrayat Memorial Scholarship, in collaboration with NOMAarizona and Multistudio, aims to celebrate the legacy of Amineh Warrayat. This scholarship recognizes her impactful work in community design and engagement as a young architect-in-training. It seeks to support a NOMAS or NOMAarizona student member who exemplifies the mission of NOMAarizona: to inspire and empower underserved communities across Arizona, regardless of socio-economic status, culture, language, race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age. By fostering diversity and supporting professional development, this scholarship aims to increase the representation of minorities and women in leadership roles within the architectural profession.
