Coffee Talk – How War Impacts Humanity

June 15 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Free
At this current moment in time, there is a war between Palestine and Israel, Ukraine and Russia, and many more around the globe. We will meet in a private conference at this coffee shop welcoming all to talk of feelings, observations, questions, and so on about the impact of war on humanity.
This Coffee Talk will be available to NOMA members and students only. Details will be sent to members via a separate email.
We hope that with this Coffee Talk, we can all gather in the community to talk openly about this pressing topic and how it impacts humanity.
This will be our last Coffee Talk before our summer break July through August. Coffee Talks will begin again in September!
What are Coffee Talks? Coffee Talks are a NOMAarizona monthly event. Order a warm/iced beverage of your choice from rotating cafe locations around the valley. In Coffee Talks, we come together to share, listen, and learn in a casual setting. This is a place where topics both light and heavy can be discussed welcomingly while learning from different perspectives and joining in community. We encourage all to join in the conversation as we explore many topics and coffee shops with NOMAarizona.
Follow up: At each Coffee Talk, the facilitators take notes. Individual stories and names are not included in the notes to maintain the confidentiality of each person. These notes are used to create a recap to post to the NOMAarizona website as a tool for others to learn from and observe new perspectives.
