Topic: The Money Talk: How to Negotiate, Persuade & Get Paid What You’re Worth

A recent study found that when offered a job, most people are so grateful for the offer that they accept it without negotiating their salaries. It’s time to flip the script and change the narrative. In The Money Talk, participants will leave with a clear understanding of how to close the gaps in their negotiation conversations.

Join us Tuesday, June 13 at 6pm where Felicia David, Founder and CEO of Black Women’s Collective, will share:

  • How to identify old patterns of thinking that could sabotage the negotiation process
  • How to create a new money story that increases your confidence in having uncomfortable conversations
  • A powerful, collaborative, step-by-step framework for negotiations
