Board Election Nomination Deadline

We’re gearing up for the grand elections on November 18th. October 18 is the nomination deadline if you would like to nominate yourself or someone else. Let’s create a brighter tomorrow for NOMAarizona together! Your voice matters, and together we can make a difference. Here’s a glimpse of the roles up for grabs:

• President: A pivotal role with a 2-year term and must be a registered architect. The President will guide the organization’s daily affairs under the board’s guidance.
• Vice-President: A 1-year term, (2-year terms in future elections), must be a registered architect OR in the process of obtaining their Registration. In the President’s absence, the Vice-President will assume responsibilities.
• Secretary: A 2-year commitment to record-keeping and efficient meeting minutes, contributing significantly to our organizational memory.
• Treasurer: Undertaking a 1-year term, (2-year terms in future elections), the Treasurer will oversee financial matters, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Parliamentarian: Upholding decorum and interpreting bylaws, this 1-year position (2-year terms in future elections) is crucial for maintaining a structured environment.
