Dear NOMA family, friends, and partners,

I am extremely excited and honored to serve as your 2024 – 2026 NOMA Arizona President, a role I approach with great integrity. I appreciate the trust you have put in me. I am committed to developing a more just and equitable profession.

With the guidance of our great leadership, our chapter has grown and become a recognizable voice in our community. In the next 24 months, the executive board and I intend to focus on:

• Maintaining the relationships, alliances and partnerships that have been built with our Professional Partners and Sponsors.
• Strengthening and enhancing our current NOMA mentor initiatives including our K-12 programs, Project Pipeline and NOMAS participation and guidance.
• Preparing our emerging professionals to excel in this industry and help them become licensed professionals.
• Providing our current professionals with the tools they need to grow their own network and achieve their professional objectives.

All of this starts with the continued support of our membership. We value your input, your energy and commitment. Let’s continue to grow and embrace others into the welcoming environment we’ve created.
