SUMMARY:Coffee Talk #4 - National Minority Health Month — How do you experience mental health\, neurodivergence\, and/or stress in society?
DESCRIPTION:We are coming to Tucson!!!\nThis month\, we will be talking about National Minority Health Month — How do you experience mental health\, neurodivergence\, and/or stress in society? at Exo Roast Co. in Tucson. As many know\, it is important to recognize and care for our well-being. Whether it’s in our profession or our personal lives\, it’s important to acknowledge and care for ourselves when needed. Therefore\, at our April Coffee Talk\, we will be sharing and discussing our experiences with stress and mental health\, and how we handle it daily. We’d love to welcome and have you there on April 13th down in Tucson with the U of A students to share knowledge\, thoughts\, and experiences with you and others. See you then!\n\nAbout Exo Roast Co: Exo Roast Co. is a local coffee shop that hosts different events occasionally. They partner with several non-profits to build equity and work towards social justice and land restoration.\n\nWhat are Coffee Talks? Coffee Talks are a NOMAarizona monthly event. Order a warm/iced beverage of your choice from rotating cafe locations around the valley. In Coffee Talks\, we come together to share\, listen\, and learn in a casual setting. This is a place where topics both light and heavy can be discussed welcomingly while learning from different perspectives and joining in community. We encourage all to join in conversation as we explore many topics and coffee shops with NOMAarizona.\n\nFollow up: Each Coffee Talk\, the facilitators take notes. Individual stories and names are not included in the notes to maintain confidentiality of each person. These notes are used to create a recap to post to the NOMAarizona website as a tool for others to learn from and observe new perspectives.\nIf you have a topic/input/comments you’d like to chat about for coffee talks please click on this link: Your Coffee Talk Input\n\nRSVP Here\n\n\nParking Instructions: There is a parking lot on the West side of the building (highlighted in yellow) on W Simpson St. and S Main Ave. If the parking lot is full\, public parking is also available (highlighted in cyan) on the street down S Main Ave and S Meyer Ave.\nWhere to meet:We will be posting what table we are sitting at in Exo Roast Co. on our NOMAarizona Instagram story the day of the event.\n\n\n
