DESCRIPTION:FREE event open to non-members (does require advance registration)\nRSVP here\n\nOn January 14\, 2023\, women\, non-binary people\, and people of the LGBTQ+ community gathered at a NOMAarizona and AIA PHX Metro DEI hosted Coffee Talk at the McKinley Club to discuss the struggles\, issues\, values\, successes\, and impacts these communities face within the Architecture\, Engineering\, and Construction industry. \nThis conversation collected information that is transforming into an educational workshop and conversation series to talk about welcoming gender inclusion and support in the workplace. We appreciate your patience with us as we develop this highly sought-after programming. The people behind planning these sessions are taking special care to consider the many insights from a very diverse group.
