She’s a former HR executive and the CEO and Founder of The Black Women’s Collective. Known for her one-of-a-kind\, no non-sense approach to empowering leaders\, Felicia’s knowledge\, skills and expertise have been leveraged by companies such as Schwab\, Universal Music\, SRP\, Take The Lead\, T-Mobile and Pepperdine University. Felicia has a firm belief that all success is orchestrated and you must earn the right to lead. \nShe is a recipient of the prestigious 2020 Martin Luther King ‘Living the Dream’ Award and the impact of her work has featured in The Wall Street Journal and various other media outlets. She’s married to her husband of 28 years\, they have three adult children and she surprisingly turned down an invitation to be on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
